There's always a sense of satisfaction when addressing such questions.
Interestingly, I tend to get the so called "dumb question" over at Twitter as a direct message.
Which may indicate I don't encourage it enough on the blog - something I need to bare in mind.

In terms of user feedback, I don't think you're doing anything wrong at all Kevin.
You're also doing a great job sticking to this niche, and you're becoming a force in this field.

That's good news Antti, I like the consulting service approach.
I don't get much in terms of direct messages via contact form, perhaps it's something I need to encourage more of in the future.

At the moment I get very few blog related emails apart from the those connected with Disqus so I am obviously doing something wrong somewhere. But then looking at the stats and I am getting a lot of what I could be called transient visitors who aree interested in just one aspect of cloud or Web 2 technology, ie webclippers, webtops etc.

Referring back to a blog by Mike on Mike's Life it is these transients that I am going to have to tackle to get some stickiness in my blog.
